Chicago, IL – As the five RELAN novices approach the end of their canonical year one recent ceremony was a pig roast. The backyard of the novitiate building was the scene for the event. Brother Mark Englemeyer has butchers in his family and Brother Dylan Perry is familiar with Memphis BBQ. The accompanying photo shows Brother Dylan on the far right, and Brother Mark, third from left, teaching our three DENA confreres about this culinary enterprise.

Brothers from other communities in the Chicago area gathered to enjoy the resulting meal. It was deemed a culinary success!
