Moraga, CA – On April 27, 2022, Saint Mary’s College will host its annual Academic Convocation, a signature event of the College’s De La Salle Heritage Days. In addition to celebrating the Saint Mary’s community, Br. Ernest Miller, FSC, Dmin, will be honored for his leadership and service.
A person of true faith and zeal, Brother Ernest is being recognized for his exemplary leadership and service in promoting the Lasallian charism and mission in his position as Vice President of Mission, Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at La Salle University; as a highly sought-after national and international Lasallian presenter at conferences, workshops, and retreats; and in his most recent appointment as the founding director of the Adrien Nyel Project in the Lasallian District of Eastern North America, a new ministry to encourage in young the vocation for teaching within the Lasallian charism. We are also honored that in January of this year Brother Ernest was elected to the Board of Trustees of Saint Mary’s College.
Congratulations Bro. Ernest. You have always, all ways loved being an educator.
