Philadelphia, PA – Brother Joseph Willard regularly accompanies the ROTC cadets from La Salle University twice a week for their workout with their platoon. The platoon is over a century old! The companion photos from 1918 and 2018 are attached. You can spot Joe in the more recent pictures.
On January 31 the platoon ran up to the top observation deck of Liberty Tower in downtown Philly. Joe posed for a Kodak moment with Lieutenant Colonel Stephen T. Messenger when he met the latter at the summit.
