Philadelphia, PA – Three of our Brothers in initial formation, David Deradoorian, J. D. Macioce, and Kyle Mena were joined by Jesse Brodka on an excursion to the Philadelphia Museum of Art with Brother Richard Buccina as their guide. Brother Richard shared his professional knowledge with the young men. Jesse, a member of DENA’s Contact Program, is an alumnus of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute and a rising sophomore at Canisius College.
Jesse was living in the Jeremy House community for several weeks while he volunteered at La Salle Academy. He is seated front row center in the accompanying photo with the aforementioned other members of the Jeremy House community.
