RELAN’s Brothers in Initial Formation
Ocean City, NJ – The Lasallian Region of North America’s (RELAN) fourteen Brothers in Initial Formation gathered at Ocean Rest for their winter retreat during the long President’s Day weekend. With Father Frank Berna, OFM, of La Salle University guiding the weekend, the young Brothers considered “Practical Ways of Accompanying Youth as They Journey in Faith.” Rooted in scripture and Lasallian pedagogy, Brothers spent the weekend learning and in prayer, all while continuing the process of vocation discernment, with time for quiet reflection, group discussion, and fraternal support from one another.
