1/15/2011 – Toms River, NJ – Theo Foster threw his hands up in the air as he crossed the finish line first…Foster, a sophomore, put the finishing touches on the most remarkable team performance in meet history by anchoring the winning 4×400-meter relay that put an exclamation point on a meet for the ages for CBA, which threw down a perfect score!
