11/26/12 – DeWitt, NY – This holiday season students at Christian Brothers Academy have once again reached out to needy children at the Salvation Army and are making their Christmas wishes come true. Peer Ministers from Social Justice recently visited children at the Cab Horse Commons Day Care Program and asked them what they would like Santa to bring them for Christmas. Toys, dolls, books and crayons were popular items on their wish lists.

The Peer Ministers went to each of the homerooms at CBA with the wish lists asking their peers to donate these items to make these dreams a reality. The Peer Ministers will deliver the gifts, which will benefit 90 children, on December 20. CBA has adopted the Cab Horse Commons Day Care Program for the past few years and has helped provide a very Merry Christmas for children who need it the most.
