10/17/12 – Albany, NY – Congratulations to Music teacher and Band Director Sarah Waite, the recipient of the inaugural Lynn F. and Eugene J. Zielinski ’58 distinguished Teaching Award. The award was established this year by Lynn and Eugene Zielinski ’58, in recognition of the fact that the well-being and longevity of the great work being done at CBA starts with a strong foundation of dedicated, outstanding faculty.
Ms. Waite was recognized as being a teacher who goes the extra mile without expectation of reward, and who has awakened the talents of many fine young men of CBA. The Zielinski’s were so impressed with the music program at CBA that they also made a $25,000 donation to the program.
