De La Salle Students Remember Ancestors at Our Holy Redeemer Church

14 students receive their 8th grade diplomas

6/26/12 – Freeport, NY – Members of The De La Salle School’s Class of 2012 process into Our Holy Redeemer Church behind the flags of nations associated with the native countries of the parents of any student who ever attended and graduated from the school. (There are 17 flags, including that of the USA.) Fourteen young men received their eighth grade diplomas and the Deans’ Award for Academic Excellence was presented to Christian Morales. The De La Salle School concluded its tenth year inspired by the hope manifested in its students.
