Rome, Italy – Five DENA Brothers were among the 300 Lasallians present at a private audience with Pope Francis on Thursday, May 16th in Clementina Hall at the Vatican. Brother Joseph Juliano was in Rome for the Creative Fidelity workshop at the Generalate. Brothers Robert Schieler, Robert Schaefer, and Patrick Duffy, who live and serve at the Generalate, attended as did Brother Joseph Reed who scheduled his sabbatical time to take advantage of this opportunity. The Pope personally shook hands with each of the individuals at the audience!
