International Lasallian Days of Peace launched at 10AM(EDT) on Monday, September 21. DENA was well represented. DENA’s own, Br. Robert Schieler, Superior General, addressed all gathered from around the globe. “I believe that the Spirit of the Lord is upon us as we launch the International Lasallian Days of Peace. We are called to be proactively involved in concrete actions that free people from all kinds of oppression. When we do this, we indeed bring good tidings to the poor, the sick and the suffering.”
Additionally, Mr. Justin Martineau, DENA’s Associate Director for Mission and Ministry spoke to those gathered, inviting all to join DENA for its virtual prayer that same day.
