Twin Cities, MN – Brother Louis DeThomasis delivered the keynote address on the opening evening of the seventh annual International Symposium on Lasallian Research. Close to 120 people heard his talk entitled “From Chaos to Ethical Clarity: The Quest for Lasallian Higher Education in Today’s Global Society”. Among that number were seven other DENA Brothers (Raymond Blixt, Thomas Casey, Jack Curran, Patrick Horner, Ernest Miller, Ed Phelan, and Joseph Scheiter) and representatives from Lasallian tertiary institutions from eleven countries (Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, Kenya, Mexico, Palestine, the Philippines, Singapore, Spain, and the USA). St. Mary’s University of Minnesota hosted the assembly on their Twin Cities campus.
