Eatontown, NJ – The Brothers of the Christian Schools District of Eastern North America invites all Lasallians to join Pope Francis and the global Church in a prayer for peace, especially for The Democratic Republic of Congo and for South Sudan, where the Christian Brothers have an educational ministry. Pope Francis invited Roman Catholics and members of all other religions to observe a day of prayer, fasting and initiatives for peace on Friday February 23, urging everyone to ‘say no’ to violence and conflict.
