Young Brothers Attend Choral Concert

Over 20 student Brothers from De La Salle College (Washington) attended a special band and choral concert at Catholic University given by St. Mary’s Industrial School, a school for at-risk boys in Baltimore conducted by the Xaverian Brothers.

Archivist’s Note

At this same site in Baltimore in 1962, Cardinal Gibbons High School was founded. It became an Affiliated Apostolate of the Baltimore District in 1997 and the first Christian Brother worked there in 2003. The school closed in 2010.
