Riverdale, NY – Don’t miss the upcoming international conference of the Refugee and Migrant Education (RME) Network, which will take place at Manhattan College, Riverdale, NY, November 15-17, 2018. Globally recognized practitioners and academics will present their experience in the field, inviting universities to cooperate in providing modern education to those in need.
“Part of the duty of justice of universities is sharing resources with those who have less — and it’s a good investment,” says Fr. Fabio Baggio, Undersecretary of Migrants and Refugees Section of the Vatican, highlighting the need to share best practices in teaching, research and social responsibility concerning refugee and migrant education. The first conference of the RME Network took place in Rome in November 2017.
