Mrs. Maryann Donohue-Lynch was born and raised in the Long Island area. After graduate school, she traveled to Central America to do advocacy work, opened a soup kitchen on Long Island, and eventually worked for the Diocese of Providence. In 1995, Maryann became Lasallian. She was hired to be the Religion Department Chair at LaSalle Academy, and in 1996 she took the reigns as Director of Campus Ministry, a position she still holds today. The impact she has had on the LaSalle Providence community cannot be overstated. She has been a Student Council Moderator, Ski Club Moderator, and Lasallian Youth Moderator for many years. In 2004 and 2007 she was the Coordinator of the East Coast Lasallian Youth Summer Assemblies. She currently sits on the school’s Mission and Ministry and Leadership Teams. She regularly organizes mission trips for the students and travels frequently to further the Mission of LaSalle. She has completed the LLI and Buttimer Institute, and she is frequently the genesis of exciting new programs and ideas.
