Beltsville, MD – Some communities have a model train layout in place year round (ex. at Beverley Road in Brooklyn with gratitude to Brother David Carroll). Others have a display that appears seasonally (ex. at La Salle University thanks to Brother Joseph Willard). Joining that latter group for the first time this Christmastide is La Salle Hall.
Brother Don Dimitroff retrieved his childhood set of trains from storage and, with the assistance of Brother Chuck Mrozinski, worked diligently to enrich the Christmas décor of the community room with a great layout. The project is practically complete and the accompanying photos chronicle the progress. May all enjoy this gift these Brothers have so generously provided at Ammendale!
