Brothers May Join New Northern District
Each Brother of the St. Louis District will be given the option of joining “the new Northern District” [i.e. Winona area] in September 1963. Two months later, it was announced that the new Winona District will start out with 191 Brothers in service and 31 student Brothers in training.
