After a national search, Mr. David Palank has been selected as the principal for San Miguel Washington for the school year beginning July 1, 2013. David is in his sixth year as a teacher at San Miguel and is completing his Masters Degree in Catholic School Administration. David is not a stranger to Lasallian traditions, as he is a graduate of St. John’s College High School. David has large shoes to fill, as he will follow Bro. Francis Eells, FSC who is the founding principal and has served eleven years in building and driving he mission of San Miguel Washington. David has formed a strong collaboration with Bro. Fran and the faculty as he and the full team prepares for the summer term and the new school year.
As an additional note – San Miguel Washington will be celebrating their first Scholarship Benefit on Thursday, June 13th at Congressional Country Club. The Benefit will be billed as “The First Decade” and honoring Bro. Francis X. Eells, FSC, Founding Principal.
