The Onondaga County Bar Association honored the Christian Brothers Academy Mock Trial team at their annual Law Day luncheon, held at Sky Armory on May 1.
The Mock Trial team recently won the Onondaga County Mock Trial competition.
Fourteen area high schools participated in the competition, with CBA coming out on top.
Senior and University of Notre Dame bound Joe Sullivan led the group attending the luncheon in the Pledge of Allegiance. The school was presented with a large plaque, while each student received their own personal plaque. The students were treated to lunch, listened to retired Syracuse City Court Judge Hon. Langston C. McKinney and watched a debate between students from East Syracuse-Minoa and Fayetteville –Manlius.
