Pawtucket, RI – Saint Raphael Academy sophomore Ralphletha Flowers wanted to do something to remember the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic, eventually having the idea of a memorial garden. She consulted with the administration and Steve Vargas, Director of Campus Ministry, and enlisted a group of fellow students who worked over the next several weeks, planning, planting flowers in urns at the former church rectory on Walcott Street, designing a plaque, and planning out the dedication ceremony, which was held Wednesday, May 26.
