Table Tennis at Central Catholic
Table tennis became a new activity at Central Catholic HS — table tennis. It started informally as an intramural sport among Central’s freshmen under Br. Daniel Hilary; many local high and junior high schools are competing against each other.

St. Francis Basketball
The basketball team of St. Francis Industrial School (Eddington, PA), coached by La Salle College star Joe Meehan, has gone 23-1 thus far this season.
