At the televised Manhattan-La Salle basketball game at the Palestra, former Gov. David Lawrence presented Brother Daniel Bernian (president) the Pennsylvania proclamation for the centennial of La Salle College, as well as a comparable award to Brother Gregory (Manhattan’s president).
