3/15-17/12 – Pocono Manor, PA — Over St. Patrick’s weekend, Directors from Brothers’ communities throughout DENA gathered for the annual Directors’ Workshop. In addition to sharing practical experiences with one another, there were times dedicated to the Personal Interview (Directors’ program prepared by Edmond Precourt); to engaging with our full-time health coordinators (Mary Gorman and Sister Maryann Burgoyne); and to vocation promotion. Community Directors were especially pleased to have the health coordinators answer tough questions about physical well-being for their fellow Brothers living in community. The Brothers also had the opportunity to join the Lasallian Leadership Institute cohort that was also at the Inn at Pocono Manor for their final of weekend, before graduating the Region’s formation program.
