Lincroft, NJ – Nine Brothers gathered last Saturday at De La Salle Hall in Lincroft for a discussion entitled “The Wounded Healer,” one of a series from DENA-Connect.
The aging process leaves most of us with the impression that our minds, bodies, and spirits diminish with aging. The workshop focused on the healing process that often co-exists with this diminishment. Taken together, it makes us ‘wounded healers.’
Brothers Charlie O’Connell and Joe Schmidt shared their own personal experiences with healing and that jump-started an almost six-hour conversation on the topic.
